Founded in 2008, Wandan is a high-tech enterprise specializing in laser rapid prototyping and prototype 3D printing services.
Wandan is located in Humen Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, which is known as Manufacturing City. After years of hard practice, our company has grown from a team of 8 people at the beginning to 197 people today. Only the office area and factory production area of the head office cover an area of 1500 square meters, with 80 high-tech 3D printing equipment in the industry and 8 nylon 3D printers leading in the industry. The total equipment investment is more than 60 million yuan. The company has set up branches in Shenzhen, Foshan and Zhongshan of Guangdong, with offline business covering the Pearl River Delta region.

We guarantee that the above confidential information will only be used for purposes related to cooperation and will be properly kept. At the request of the customer, our company shall return all documents or other materials containing confidential information to the customer according to the customer’s instructions, or destroy them according to the customer’s instructions. After the termination of cooperation, the customer has the right to request our company to return the confidential information.
All product drawings, samples or technical information, product descriptions sent to our company by customers in any effective form, whether for our quotation or production, shall not be used by our company, sent to any third party or publicized externally without the written permission of the customer.
All models invested by customers are kept by our company after production, but the ownership and intellectual property rights belong to customers. Without the written permission of the customer, our company shall not destroy, transfer or provide for production by ourselves or any third party. The customer has the right to withdraw the model at any time.
The intellectual property rights of all products entrusted by the customer to our company for processing belong to the customer. Without the written permission of the customer, our company shall not use the drawings, models or products themselves (including physical objects or photos) of the customer’s products in any newspaper, magazine, product brochure, product exhibition hall, or on the Internet for publicity, nor introduce the products to any third party in any way.
For the end customer of the customer, no matter what we know through any means, we shall not directly or indirectly trade with the end customer of the customer on the products under cooperation. Our company’s quotation to the customer and the price set by our company cannot be informed to the customer’s final customer in any form. The customer’s email or other information sent to our company must be transferred to the customer without copying to the customer, and we cannot reply directly.
If the customer arranges the final customer to visit our company, our company should arrange and clean the area to be visited according to the customer’s requirements, and deploy staff to cooperate with the customer. Without the consent of the customer, our company shall not provide the customer with business cards, directories, profiles and other relevant documents and materials with our company’s contact way, nor privately retain the business cards, directories, profiles and other relevant documents and materials with the customer’s contact way.
Our company will ensure the implementation of the above confidentiality measures. If our affiliated companies or our staff members cause losses to customers in respect of the above matters, we shall bear all responsibilities.
If our company violates any provision of this agreement, we shall pay the customer for the potential losses arising therefrom and existing. The payment of liquidated damages does not affect the customer’s claim for damages from us. Such compensation shall be limited to the losses actually suffered by the customer (including all expenses actually paid by the customer for claim) or all illegal gains of our company.
